| Customers who request a refund for their product will receive a store credit. You will need to call us to request the return authorization. Once authorization is received you will need to properly package the merchandise and ship it to the address you will be given. If the merchandise is damaged when we receive it, you will not be issued a store credit. Breakage: Seldom does anything break during the shipping process. However, if an item does arrive damaged, you will need to file a claim with the shipper. We will support your efforts that you make to retrieve your money from them. Further, we will sign a waiver stating that we no longer have any rights to monies due you from the shipper. After we receive the merchandise you choose to return, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount you are due. You will be notified of the amount we give you credit for. |
